When you plan, you are more efficient and you have the ability to instill new habits, which are going to be game changer in your quest of bettering and developing your inner CEO instinct.
Planing allows you to envision your days, weeks, months and goals better. The planner was built keeping this idea in mind: check up pages, a practice planner, yearly and monthly vision board are included to help you with that.
Being organize is not an easy task (unorganized expert speaking here!) BUT we have found a way that will help you manage your time better. Block scheduling is a very efficient method to do so. Planing and being organized is good, but not everything always goes as you have expected. Your plan and your organization are here to guide you on a daily basis. But it doesn't mean it cannot be adjusted along the way. In order to do so, always be aware of your environments (internal - how you feel, if you pushing at that moment will help you improve or if it's going to hurt you for example ; external - is it the right session to do what I had planed? ). Those are just examples, but I hope you got the memo: PUSH YOUR LIMITS FURTHER, BUT BE SMART ABOUT IT!
The great thing about a digital planner is that you can have it with you at all time. If you ever need to do a change, you can hope on to a previous day or practice session, and adjust if necessary. The big plus of this planner are the trackers. Very helpful when you need to gauge if you need to adjust or push a little bit further.
Introspection is more than important: it is ESSENTIAL if you want to grow as an athlete and a person. Take the time to look back at you day, week, month, semestre and do a check up: what did you do right? What could/should be done better.
What can you improve/maintain? Not settling for comfort will help you constantly grow. So don't be afraid to make mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward ALWAYS.
